Course description
This course is designed to develop the fitness levels of both kids and teenagers. The ultimate goal is to create a healthy lifestyle, and enhance self-confidence. I like to keep the kids and teenagers active and motivated, and ensure they enjoy and learn from the experience. In order to achieve this, I incorporate various fun and exciting exercises such as Zumba, Aerobics, Yoga, Crossfit, Personalized Training, Weight Loss with Bhangra and Fitness with Dance. Highlights
Yoga, Pilates, and dance workouts will also be included to help you develop a well-rounded physique that will help you to continue to grow and mature throughout life. In addition, this course will include lessons on nutrition, hydration, and sleep hygiene for kids and teens. You will leave this course knowing how to continue your fitness and health journey on your own.
This course is open to both male and female students and ages 13-18! I am also very flexible on what specific workouts and lessons will be presented to you.I welcome and encourage all students to bring their parents to any of our classes. This is an excellent opportunity for parents to learn about their children’s fitness journey and to support them on their journey.
